Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Cloud network infrastructure
- Aware of BlueCat Centralized DNS and DHCP management
- Manage DNS records across cloud-native solutions (e.g., AWS Route 53, GCP Cloud DNS, Azure DNS) and integrate them with on-premises solutions like BlueCat
- Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements
- Automate network tasks using scripting and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud networking and DNS management
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Cloud networking services, including VPC, VPN, Cloud Interconnect, and Cloud DNS
- Experience with Cloud/BlueCat servers and DNS management
- Proficiency in network security principles and practices
- Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- IP Addressing & Subnetting: Maintain deep knowledge of IPv4 addressing, CIDR notation, and subnetting for optimal network design and configuration
- Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Terraform)
- Working experience with Jenkins Pipeline
- Proficiency in using network monitoring tools (ELK, SolarWinds)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work remotely and participate in on-call rotation
- Professional Cloud Network Engineer certifications (GCP / AWS / Azure)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
