Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to enhance the security and functionality of our identity services.
This position oversees over 17,000 user profiles and manages access across hundreds of integrated systems, using advanced tools and protocols to deliver efficient IAM solutions.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga.

Responsibilities
- Develop Terraform configurations to integrate in-house and third-party applications with Okta (IDP) and Saviynt (IGA) platforms using Single Sign-On protocols such as SAML and OIDC
- Handle IAM-related requests through GitHub to ensure accurate alignment with stakeholder needs
- Contribute to sprint refinement and planning to strategically align with project timelines
- Configure and deploy new features in Saviynt IGA and Okta IDP utilizing Terraform and UI-based customization
- Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support to resolve advanced IAM-related issues
- Draft comprehensive documentation for feature implementation processes and operational workflows
Requirements
- Understanding of SAML and OIDC authentication protocols
- Skills in implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
- Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta and Saviynt
- Background in version control and workflow management tools like GitHub
- Competency in diagnosing and resolving complex IAM challenges
- Qualifications in Agile team collaboration and iterative processes
- Flexibility to create clear and effective technical documentation
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Okta platform administration and configuration
- Understanding of Saviynt platform setup and usage
- Proficiency in automating IAM workflows

Salary range €3.4K-€4.9K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
