Lead ServiceNow Developer Description
We are seeking a talented Lead ServiceNow Developer to lead the technical aspects of a greenfield ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
This role involves technical supervision, solution design, and hands-on development, encompassing both the front-end portal and corresponding back-end modules.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small implementation team while providing technical guidance and support
- Architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure solution alignment with business requirements and best practices
- Perform hands-on development, including customizations, scripting, and configuration
- Oversee code quality and implement development standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow development and customization
- Strong background in ITSM solutions
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proven capabilities in leading technical teams and managing IT projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide hands-on technical support
