Senior UX Designer Description
We seek a Senior UX Designer with a Data Visualization/BA background to join our EPAM design studio in Poland.
In this position, you will support the evolution of GPI (Global Platform Integration) through collaborative work with numerous stakeholders/clients from different business units. The candidate will be working with product stakeholders, design leads, and other product teams, driving the research, shaping requirements and visions into new features/integrations, and acting as a catalyst between various global teams

Responsibilities
- Design system management and design templates creation
- Design onboarding for new team members
- Design reviews to ensure consistent implementation of design standards on a report level
- Keeping data visualization best practices
- Accessibility considerations
- Design system changes
- Stakeholder interview
- Mockup creation
- Usability testing
- Working with the development team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with a range of research tools and methodologies
- Proficiency with Figma
- Previous experience with BI Analytics and Visualization
- Strong conceptual and systematic thinking; ability to give efficient feedback to others and argumentation of own decisions
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Previous experience with PowerBI or Tableu would be considered as a strong advantage
- Experience of work in enterprise type of projects
