Delivery Manager (relocation to Cyprus) Description

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the end-to-end client delivery from initiation through the whole life cycle, ensuring projects/programs are delivered successfully and in line with EPAM processes
- Manage client relationship, expectations, represent delivery on governance level
- Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks
- Co-ordinate the preparation of client proposals and statements of work
- Run multiple streams of activities and coordinate with client groups in various stages of the lifecycle
- Be accountable for delivery in all aspects: financial, sourcing, implementation and business as well as regulatory requirements
- Cooperate with your peers, delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers and solution architects
- Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives
- Lead and represent delivery in sales and presales activities until contracting and beyond
- Share knowledge and best practices within the organization and with client
