Lead Web Analyst (Adobe-oriented) Description
We are looking for a remote Lead Web Analyst with a focus on Adobe tools to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be to prepare measurement strategies, set up user behavior tracking, and design complex end-to-end analytics pipelines that cover web analytics, advertising, and CRM systems. We are seeking someone with extensive experience with various Adobe web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch. You will provide data-based recommendations to improve clients' online strategies, conduct in-depth research on all aspects of customers' online strategies, and create insightful automated dashboards.

Responsibilities
- Design complex end-to-end analytics pipelines covering web analytics, advertising, and CRM systems
- Prepare measurement strategies and collaborate with the product ownership team on defining product success KPIs
- Set up user behavior tracking and develop creative strategies for data capturing
- Conduct in-depth research on all aspects of customers' online strategies
- Create insightful automated dashboards
- Provide data-based recommendations to improve clients' online strategies
- Manage and support a team of specialists
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- 5+ years of Web Analytics experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Extensive experience with various Adobe web analytics tools (audit, setup, reporting, working with API), including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch
- Experience with implementing tags using tag management systems (including writing custom tags on JavaScript & jQuery)
- Experience creating and explaining dashboard reports using data visualization tools
- Statistical and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues or trends in data
- Knowledge of Web Analytics project documentation development and maintenance
- Proficiency in Python/R
- Experience with EDW, like BigQuery/Amazon Redshift/Snowflake, and SQL knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- B2+ English level proficiency
