Lead Business Analyst Description
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our team in harnessing the power of business intelligence tools to deliver impactful data-driven results. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into clear, achievable objectives, assisting stakeholders in defining deliverables, and ensuring alignment of goals with business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product owner to comprehend business strategies and user needs, serving as the product SME for the development team
- Help define MVPs and outline plans for delivering value using epics and features
- Create and refine user stories independently based on sometimes ambiguous feature definitions
- Identify and communicate technical and system integration strategies, tracking divisional dependencies
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to develop test strategies and plans based on acceptance criteria
- Support the delivery and implementation of features and capabilities ensuring alignment with user expectations
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, resolving them directly or escalate when necessary
- Perform impact analysis to aid in prioritization and expedite the definition and refinement of features and user stories
- Monitor and measure the success of products and processes ensuring they meet compliance and risk policies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining content within the BI tools Tableau and Power BI
- Proficiency in writing and reviewing SQL queries
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and administrative settings including Power BI deployment
- Knowledge of creating, maintaining, and sharing complex business flow diagrams
- Troubleshooting skills with capability to investigate, resolve or escalate problems
- Understanding of risk management, compliance policies, and procedures related to business processes
- B2 level of English or higher, with an emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in building and maintaining performance measures in Tableau
- Background in supporting legacy and Cloud BI environments
