We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Adobe Campaign Developer with experience in Digital Marketing and a deep understanding of Adobe Campaign Standard. This role involves designing and managing complex marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality customer data, and implementing automation processes to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging Adobe Campaign Standard's capabilities to drive personalized and effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Design, build, and manage complex marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Standard, including custom resources, real-time events, workflows, content blocks, fragments, and typology rules
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of customer data for precise targeting
- Implement marketing automation processes for efficient campaign execution
- Utilize dynamic content and personalization to enhance customer engagement
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and implement optimization strategies
- Generate reports, provide insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing using Adobe Campaign Standard
- Expertise in Adobe Campaign Standard, including use cases, best practices, and in-depth campaign management
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Rest API services for interaction with upstream/downstream systems
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and dynamic content strategies
- Analytical skills for performance analysis and campaign optimization
- Experience in A/B testing, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- B2+ English level for effective communication
