We are seeking a skilled Senior React Native + Kotlin Developer to join our remote team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining applications for Android TV AOSP devices. Your role will involve developing high-performance applications specifically optimized for Android TV, utilizing React Native for cross-platform functionality and Kotlin for Android TV-specific features. Working within a collaborative team, you will create engaging, user-friendly TV experiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance applications specifically optimized for Android TV using React Native and Kotlin
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging and user-friendly TV experiences
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless functionality
- Utilize state management in React Native for effective application performance
- Ensure adherence to UI/UX principles and features specific to Android TV
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in React Native for cross-platform development
- Strong experience with Kotlin development
- Familiarity with Android TV’s UI/UX principles, remote control navigation, and features like Leanback
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Knowledge of state management in React Native (e.g., Redux, MobX)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with AOSP (Android Open Source Project) and custom Android TV builds
- Knowledge of React Hooks and Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Android TV app deployment
