Senior .NET Engineer Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join a newly established product-oriented development team (POD).

This team will collaborate with a client-side group that includes a Product Owner, Technical Lead, and an existing team of developers and QA engineers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality, scalable, and maintainable features using .NET Core, C#, Vue.js (or ReactJS), MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and MongoDB. Additionally, you will ensure optimal application performance within the AWS environment. This role requires a strong understanding of full-stack development principles, a passion for building robust solutions, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and Vue.js or ReactJS
  • Evaluate and extend existing applications to support multi-tenant architecture
  • Refactor and enhance codebases to improve scalability and performance
  • Optimize data modeling and minimize database queries to enhance application efficiency
  • Ensure seamless integration and high performance in the AWS environment using Kubernetes (preferably AWS EKS), addressing and resolving any challenges
  • Implement comprehensive logging and traceability processes using suitable tools and frameworks
  • Apply microservices architecture principles and utilize AI-driven tools for code refactoring when appropriate
  • Maintain high security and compliance standards during the multi-tenant enablement process
  • Collaborate closely with client-side teams to align on project goals and ensure successful delivery

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience with .NET and .NET Core development
  • Expertise in ASP.NET Core development
  • Proficiency in Vue.js or ReactJS, with experience in component-based architecture, state management, and asynchronous programming
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and writing efficient queries
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, with a preference for AWS EKS
  • Experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Fargate, and SQS
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API development, web services, and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git
  • Familiarity with logging, observability, and traceability best practices in .NET applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for teamwork
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience migrating applications from single-tenant to multi-tenant architecture
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools
  • Understanding of security best practices in web application development
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization in .NET applications
  • Previous experience collaborating with client-side teams
  • Exposure to product ecosystems involving multiple technologies and diverse tech stacks
  • Background in Python development
