Senior Software Engineer (JavaScript) Description

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end applications for our LLM CoPilot projects
- Ensure adherence to best practices in UI/UX design and development
- Deploy front-end applications to production environments
- Set up and manage front-end infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, cross-timezone Scrum team
- Work closely with the Scrum Product Owner to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations
- Coordinate with backend engineers, data engineers/machine learning engineers, and data scientists to ensure seamless integration and implementation
- Write CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of front-end applications
- Contribute to back-end API development as needed
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of CSS styling and HTML
- Experience with Markdown formatting
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platform
- Proficiency in Docker and Docker-Compose
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications
- Previous experience working in a Scrum environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions
- Experience developing LLM chat applications
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and CosmosDB
- Experience with Azure AI Search
