UX Designer Description
We are seeking a UX Designer who is dedicated, curious, and collaborative, driven by a passion for impactful design.
In this role, the designer will partner with Product Owners and developers to enhance software quality, guiding product development with user research, and crafting visual designs, user flows, and wireframes to gather iterative feedback from clients and developers.

Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and visual designs based on user needs and requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Facilitate product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Lead the user experience across varied platforms
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in interaction design for web-based applications
- Showcase of a solid online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Strong understanding of interface design principles, interactive technologies, and user-centered design practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Invision, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Capability to work with highly technical teams and manage multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in design or relevant field preferred
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
