Functional Consultant (Oracle Fusion) Description
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Functions Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on functional consulting. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Implement, configure and support Oracle Fusion applications to meet business needs
- Gather and document business requirements
- Lead fit-gap analysis, functional configuration and provide solutions using Oracle Fusion functionalities
- Support Life Cycle and SLA management
- Perform root cause analysis and code debugging
- Manage data migration and integration projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with stakeholders and end-users
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion application
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM)
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes
- Domain expertise in specific areas such as Finance, Manufacturing or HR/Payroll
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
Nice to have
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional)
- Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM/PBCS
