Responsibilities
- Handling of payroll for certain EPAM subsidiaries in LatAm and respective US GAAP bookkeeping of payroll-related activities
- Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
- Investigation of complicated payroll cases
- Cross-functional work with other departments
- Dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors
Requirements
- High economic education (Finance/Accounting)
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Senior Payroll Accountant (or higher)/ Senior Payroll Specialist/Auditor (incl. payroll)
- Intermediate English level at least
- Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
- Working experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
