Product Manager Description

We are in search of a professional who possesses comprehensive expertise in Ads & Data Product Management to improve our digital offerings.

This position demands an in-depth knowledge of the technical facets of the digital advertising sector and the skill to leverage data to increase value for advertisers. The perfect candidate will devise strategies and enhance the usage of our platform to elevate user experiences and escalate benefits for advertisers. This position requires an extensive understanding of the purchasing tendencies and preferences of agencies and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including ad engineering, ad operations, partnerships/sales, privacy, and marketing teams to develop ad-tech and data product roadmaps
  • Initiate, design, monetize, and assess novel digital advertising and data initiatives
  • Generate product requirements documents and functional specifications; continually refine existing products with input from cross-functional stakeholders and partners
  • Serve as the representative for commercial teams, clients, and external partners in product roadmap discussions, balancing other product demands and priorities
  • Oversee product deployment and establish business expectations from inception through implementation, and further enhancements
  • Deliver complex information in a clear, actionable manner to senior leadership
  • Analyze, assess, and adjust to ongoing transformations in the advertising industry

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of product management experience
  • Competency in DSPs, SSPs, CSSs, ad servers, optimization models, inventory management, cleanrooms
  • Knowledge of CDPs, programmatic IDs and graphs, measurement technologies
  • Background in audience measurement data including ACR and TV analytics
  • Understanding of marketing funnel data utilization across planning, activation, targeting, measurement, attribution, conversion, and emerging data collaboration and identity solutions
  • Capability to handle large, occasionally unstructured datasets and extract strategic insights from them
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities through quantitative and qualitative analysis of product concepts, strategic opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Fluent English communication skills at a C1+ level

Nice to have

  • Previous involvement with programmatic advertising at entities such as content providers, display/banner networks, streaming video services, or CTV platforms
