Chief BI Analyst Description
We are seeking a visionary Data Scientist to lead our data strategy and drive innovation through data-driven insights. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for building and scaling our data science capabilities, turning raw data into actionable intelligence that fuels our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the bank's technical infrastructure
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to automate and optimize business processes within the capital markets value chain
- Utilize data science to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and deploy robust solutions. Explore generative AI to enhance business operations, from data synthesis to process automation
- Partner with quantitative analysts, traders, and business teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges
- Drive the development of AI-powered products and features to improve the overall IS ecosystem
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 10 years in IT functional architecture
- Mastery of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps
- Strong knowledge of data management practices, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation
- Expertise in AI algorithms, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and cloud-based AI/LLM technologies (RAG patterns)
- Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java, as well as DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud)
- Knowledge of ethical principles for developing AI models
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in teams
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
