Enterprise Architect Description
We seek an Enterprise Architect skilled in monitoring to join our EPAM team. You will contribute to the design and creation of an innovative observability and manageability platform focused on enhancing infrastructure management for distributed file system clusters.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga.

Responsibilities
- Engage in software architecture proposal development for the project, along with planning and estimation of the development phase
- Participate in crafting a UI and CLI interface for effective storage cluster management
- Handle the configuration, monitoring, and management aspects of parallel file system software
- Design and implement an industry-standard REST API
- Monitor and track hardware health and system performance metrics
- Develop and manage asynchronous task queues for the coordination of long-running tasks
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in full-stack web software architecture
- Proficient in the application of architectural patterns for web development
- Skillful in REST API design and implementation
- Familiarity with observability solutions, notably Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience with asynchronous task queues, scheduling, and coordination of long-running jobs

Salary range €4K–€7K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
