ESM / ServiceNow Consultant Serbia or Remote
ESM / ServiceNow Consultant Description
We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team and help design processes and consult clients on end-to-end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
In this role, you will play a key role in delivering projects across ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other business domains to a global client base. We support both Employment Contract and B2B arrangements based on your preferences.

Responsibilities
- Drive requirement gathering and analysis
- Create User Stories and Requirements specifications
- Design and improve processes in Enterprise Service Management
- Serve as a process subject matter expert for clients and team members
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and team members
- Communicate requirements and act as a liaison between clients and the development team
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Participate in pre-sales activities and demonstrations
Requirements
- Experience in designing and improving processes in Enterprise Service Management domain using process modeling tools
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tool
- Flexibility in working directly with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with business process modeling and writing effective documentation
- English proficiency at B2+ level
