Senior SAP HCM Consultant Remote

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to identify gaps and provide customized SAP Payroll solutions
• Build solution concepts for streamlined payroll and HCM processes
• Implement payroll solutions within SAP HCM for organizations with over 10,000 employees
• Collaborate with the client's team to ensure smooth integration and execution
• Utilize Time Management and Personnel Administration modules to enhance functionality
• Offer basic support for Organizational Management and stay compliant with legal requirements in Polish HR processes
• Apply base ABAP programming for system optimization and troubleshooting
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and understanding

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with payroll implementations for Polish payroll managing more than 10,000 employees
• Solid understanding of Time Management (TM) and Personnel Administration (PA), with basic knowledge in Organizational Management (OM)
• Mandatory HR/legal background in Poland to ensure compliance and effective solutions
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll (PY) and base ABAP programming beyond debugging
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• English language proficiency at the B2 level and Polish language skills at the C1 level

• Capability to use advanced ABAP programming techniques
• Familiarity with additional SAP HCM modules or functionalities
