Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements to identify gaps and provide customized SAP Payroll solutions
- Build solution concepts for streamlined payroll and HCM processes
- Implement payroll solutions within SAP HCM for organizations with over 10,000 employees
- Collaborate with the client's team to ensure smooth integration and execution
- Utilize Time Management and Personnel Administration modules to enhance functionality
- Offer basic support for Organizational Management and stay compliant with legal requirements in Polish HR processes
- Apply base ABAP programming for system optimization and troubleshooting
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and understanding
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with payroll implementations for Polish payroll managing more than 10,000 employees
- Solid understanding of Time Management (TM) and Personnel Administration (PA), with basic knowledge in Organizational Management (OM)
- Mandatory HR/legal background in Poland to ensure compliance and effective solutions
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll (PY) and base ABAP programming beyond debugging
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- English language proficiency at the B2 level and Polish language skills at the C1 level

- Capability to use advanced ABAP programming techniques
- Familiarity with additional SAP HCM modules or functionalities
