Lead Integration Engineer Description
We are seeking a skilled Lead Integration Engineer to serve as a crucial link between our engineering and product teams.
In this role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in architecting and deploying scalable solutions aimed at enhancing user engagement and facilitating business growth via advanced e-commerce platforms, tailored personalization approaches, and comprehensive analytics integration.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product visions into cutting-edge technical solutions
- Spearhead large-scale e-commerce projects with a focus on front-end development and marketing technology integrations
- Develop and implement personalization strategies employing Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Design and apply A/B testing frameworks and analyze results to enhance user experience
- Optimize product features using data-driven insights
- Devise strategies to elevate search engine optimization
- Identify and resolve web performance issues to improve the frontend stack
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical product management, e-commerce frontend development, or marketing technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and personalization strategies
- Background in integrating A/B testing tools and familiarity with ReactJS
- Capability to develop and enhance e-commerce sub-domains
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js or Flutter
- Familiarity with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement or other e-commerce platforms like CommerceTools
- Understanding of backend development for a comprehensive grasp of system architecture
