Technologies

Responsibilities
- Data Modeling and Database Design: Design database structures to create schemas, tables, and relationships for optimized data storage and retrieva
- Data modeling: Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data model
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes: Pull data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and files. Clean, normalize, and transform data into a usable format. Load processed data into storage systems
- Database Management and Optimization: Monitor and manage database performance, security, and integrity. Optimize queries and configurations for efficient data retrieval and storage
- Data Integration: Ensure seamless data integration from disparate systems. Develop and maintain APIs and data pipelines for continuous data flow
- Data Quality and Governance: Implement processes for data validation and verification. Establish policies for data management, security, and privacy
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes and schemas
Requirements
- Proven experience in database design, development, and management
- Strong skills in data modeling and database optimization
- Proficiency in ETL processes and tool
- Experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Ability to develop and maintain APIs and data pipelines
- Strong understanding of data quality and governance principles
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Nice to have
- Experience in designing and developing data warehouses
- Knowledge of cloud-based database services like AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark
