Senior Business Analyst Description

This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities
- Choose the appropriate business analysis approaches and techniques for various projects
- Handle and understand different strategies for stakeholder management
- Identify and plan business analysis activities, integrating them into the overall project plan
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of business analysis tasks
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards and align with organizational objectives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Associate Analysts within the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
- Strong understanding of business analysis approaches and stakeholder management
- Proficient in using JIRA for project and task management
- Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel or similar
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of BPMN for process modeling
- Competency in project management software like MS Project or similar
- English language level – C1 and higher, both verbal and written

- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently and within a team
