Lead ServiceNow Engineer (WSD) Description
We are actively seeking a Lead ServiceNow Engineer with expertise in Workplace Service Delivery to join our core implementation team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the global deployment of ServiceNow and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's technological future. This position is ideal for strategic thinkers who are ready to take on challenges and drive significant transformations across multiple disciplines.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Latvia, whether it's your home or our office in Riga.

Responsibilities
- Lead the global deployment of ServiceNow throughout our organization
- Manage a variety of modules including ITSM, ITOM, WSD, and HRSD
- Develop ServiceNow integrations with major enterprise platforms, including OKTA SSO, Salesforce, and SAP
- Maintain platform consistency and oversee updates and patches
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients and other vendors to deliver holistic ServiceNow solutions
Requirements
- Solid experience in implementing ServiceNow WSD Module, with a minimum of six months of experience
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow implementation across various modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, WSD and HRSD
- Competency in ITIL frameworks and best practices for ServiceNow
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
- Proven skills in engaging and presenting to stakeholders across both business and engineering teams
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

Salary range €4K-€5.9K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
