Senior Data Operations Support Analyst Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Operations Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in providing end-to-end data services support for external clients based in the US. You will work within the ServiceNow ticketing system, managing the flow of operations to ensure the seamless functioning of data services. If you have a strong background in Application Support and are adept at working with detailed workflows and handling case-sensitive data under tight SLAs, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ServiceNow incidents and follow detailed workflows outlined on Confluence
  • Escalate cases to clients and validate data on financial organizations' websites
  • Handle case-sensitive data under tight SLAs
  • Escalate to the L2 team when encountering unknown scenarios
  • Engage in incident and change management activities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of Level 1 experience in Application Support
  • Proven experience with ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with external users
  • Experience in the financial or banking sector is preferred for candidates with an application support background, or candidates with macro-economic knowledge/background willing to work in support
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate high motivation
  • Fluency in English at B2 level or higher

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices
