We are seeking a talented SCRUM MASTER who become a part of EPAM in Hungary.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide and coach the Scrum team on agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products
- Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on project requirements and business value
- Facilitate the removal of team impediments and protect the team from unplanned work and unnecessary distractions
- Foster a collaborative environment where clear communication and problem-solving are encouraged
- Facilitate the implementation of data driven delivery, encourages the team to implement metrics, which support the team’s work, transparency and benefit the stakeholders too
- Promote continuous improvement within the team and the organization
- Challenge the status quo by promoting experimentation and adaptation
- Focus on maintaining a positive team culture that is open, psychologically safe and respectful
Requirements
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in a scrum master role, helping software teams deliver products
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices, principles, and values
- Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to resolve conflicts and drive collaboration among team members
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and support software applications used to support the teams backlog and task management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong people focus and empathy to effectively support and assist team members
- Inner drive to continuously improve processes and make the world better every day
- Demonstrates humility to absorb different opinions without biases and openness to new ideas
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
