Lead DevOps Engineer (E-Commerce) Description
We are looking for an expert Lead DevOps Engineer to guide our efforts in implementing advanced Commerce and Digital Marketing solutions.
In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers and testers, ensuring the smooth automation and optimization of our build, test and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
- Design, implement and manage the infrastructure necessary for software development and deployment
- Collaborate with engineers using DevOps practices to build and operate highly loaded systems
- Maintain, support and monitor distributed environments
- Work on various remote projects covering different types of tasks
- Identify and drive automation of tasks associated with end-to-end deployment delivery
- Gather, measure and manage metrics & KPIs
- Lead the team in ensuring the stability and availability of tools and environments for build & deployment
- Achieve visibility and transparency for your team by showcasing thought leadership through strong presentation and negotiation skills
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Kibana, Prometheus, New Relic, etc
- Skills in managing squads according to Agile model, proactively driving initiatives and navigating in end-to-end delivery while meeting agreed delivery timelines
- B2 and above written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with commerce platforms: SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify and others
- Knowledge of CMS platforms: AEM, Sitecore, Magento

Salary range €4.8K-€6.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
