Senior Content Editor Description
We are looking for a Senior Content Editor to join our remote team.
Our new team member will be adding content to websites via content management systems, so they will need to have an eye for detail and accuracy in their work. The ideal candidate will be a quick-thinking self-starter who easily talks to our clients and documents the best ways of working in the content system.

Responsibilities
- Creating pages and editing content in CMS for use on websites using content provided
- Managing content in DAMs and/or PIMs
- Identifying improvements that can be made in content management processes
- Creating presentations for client workshops and reports on content management status
- Guiding other team members with best practice and advice for the project
- Creating user guides and training materials and training teams in the use of the solution
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in use of CMS, PIM or DAM with large or multinational websites
- Experience of creating Runbooks/Playbooks and training materials for content management
- Practical knowledge of HTML
- Proactive self-starter not afraid to ask the right questions
- Experience of working across multiple tasks in parallel to deadlines
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience of delivering to and servicing customers
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (B2+ level)
