We are looking for an HR Trainee (with active student status) to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Organizing personnel documents, maintaining personnel folders
- Registration of labor and tax allowance related documents (scanning, filing, archiving)
- Keeping contact with payroll company and providing data for them
- Coordinating vacation workflow, checking related documentations, providing data to responsible teams
- Maintaining Cafeteria documentation
- Controlling of the HR related employee benefits in internal systems
- Performing background checks for the employees
- Managing employee’s data, maintain the database
- Managing HR related post
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks from management
Requirements
- Active full-time student status (nappali tagozat) preferably in HR related faculty
- Be able to work 25-30 hours per week
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hungarian
- Experience in general administrative tasks, preferably in HR administration
- Precise work and team player attitude
- Good time management skills, with the ability to keep the deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- User level computer skills
