Middle Azure DevOps Engineer Description

We are seeking a Middle Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team. As an Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our technical operations, ensuring the reliability and security of our client-facing applications. Your responsibilities will include executing technical operations, monitoring, automation, network, cloud, security, and release management. Additionally, you will support the operational environment and provide 24*5 on-call support.

Responsibilities

  • Execute technical operations, including monitoring, automation, network, cloud, security, release management, and reliability engineering
  • Support the operational environment for client-facing applications and ensure service availability and recoverability
  • Provide 24*5 on-call support
  • Implement CI/CD using Jenkins environment automation and release automation
  • Set up build pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps/ADF in a production environment
  • Manage Azure cloud-based production systems, including monitoring capacity
  • Contribute to source code management and build branching strategy using GIT
  • Communicate technical challenges and solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and security of client-facing applications
  • Execute network, cloud, security, and release management tasks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps, Virtual Machines, Active Directory, API Management, Content Delivery Network, monitoring, and ARM template
  • Experience in CI/CD using Jenkins environment automation and release automation
  • Expertise in infrastructure as code, metrics tracking, and setting up build pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps/ADF in a production environment
  • Proficiency in source code management & build branching strategy – GIT (BitBucket, GitHub, GitLab)
  • Ability to deploy, automate, maintain, and manage Azure cloud-based production systems, including monitoring capacity
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in executing technical operations including monitoring, automation, network, cloud, security, release management, and reliability engineering
  • B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

  • Developing knowledge of Azure services (Webapp, Azure functions, etc.)
