Staffing Specialist Kazakhstan or Remote

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing processes for projects and opportunities across multiple portfolios
• Communicate with teams and stakeholders to verify staffing requirements and ensure alignment with the company’s demand
• Identify staffing priorities and implement creative approaches to fill key positions 
• Develop and execute staffing plans, collaborating with relevant parties to ensure seamless delivery
• Act as an entry point for business to land new demand by overseeing resourcing capabilities
• Monitor and analyze staffing metrics to optimize staffing processes
• Assist in developing staffing strategies and initiatives 
• Ensure data accuracy in internal tools and provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing communications

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage large volumes of information
• Strong communication skills, encouraging cooperation and trust across teams
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adjust the delivery style and language to different audiences
• English level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• Prior experience in project management, recruitment or a staffing role within IT or related fields
• Understanding of the modern IT landscape (technology stacks, programming languages, frameworks)
