Lead Automation Tester in JS Description
We are looking for a Lead Automation Tester in JS to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. This role requires a deep understanding of JavaScript and automation testing methodologies.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Suggest test approach and methodology: adjust test strategy / test plan
- Educate other QAs/Devs to implement automated tests
- Create automated test cases
- Identify what and how can be automated
- Participate in requirements gathering and clarification
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer with JavaScript expertise
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Deep understanding of the main test automation approaches and practical experience with at least 2 approaches in Production projects
- Solid theoretical knowledge and wide practical experience in test automation
- Proficiency in Typescript, React, Node.js
- Familiarity with .NET
- Experience with Headless CMS (Contentstack)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
Nice to have
- Proficiency in GUI Testing
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Playwright
- Familiarity with Web Service / API Test Automation Tools in JS
