Technical Support Specialist Description

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist speaking multiple foreign languages to provide the best level of IT support to users in our organization. You will join Technology Service Desk team which is the first line of IT support for all end-users in our organization. The team provides support and help with issues associated with working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Log, update and resolve reported end-user issues and track them in the ticketing tool
  • Work with various IT support teams inside the company on user related queries
  • Act as a point of contact for internal users of the bank to support technology related issues and queries
  • Support documentation publishing to assist staff with requests for information and provide staff training if required

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in one of the languages: German/French/Italian
  • Fluent English-speaking skills
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Password, Windows 11/10 and 2019, MS Outlook, O365, and mobility products for end-user applications
  • Knowledge on Windows operating system usage and basic settings
  • Good analytical skills
  • Flexible and able to respond to change
  • Solutions focused with a can-do attitude
  • Ambitious and innovative approach to daily tasks
  • Demonstrate high level of client focus
  • Keen on using modern business technologies
  • Strong researcher and problem solver

Nice to have

  • Experience in corporate environment
  • Good understanding of IT Frameworks (ITIL, Agile)
  • Basic understanding of Data Science tools (MS Power BI, MS Excel, Python)
  • Basic understanding of Automation/Scripting tools (PowerShell, IPSoft, Automation Anywhere
  • Basic understanding of Cloud & DevOps (MS Azure Fundamentals, MS Azure DevOps)
