Lead Azure DevOps Engineer Description

Join our team as a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer and take the helm of our client's DevOps ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building, owning, and managing the Azure Landing Zone, as well as orchestrating the migration of infrastructure from AWS to MS Azure. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the DevOps ecosystem
  • Optimize and manage the Azure Landing Zone
  • Strategically migrate infrastructure from AWS to Azure
  • Design and manage various Azure services including VMs, VMSS, and App Services
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD and automate deployment processes
  • Oversee Azure networking and enforce security best practices, ensuring compliance
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to enhance integration
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

Requirements

  • Proficient experience with Azure cloud
  • Knowledge of VMs, VMSS, Application Gateway, App Services, and Azure Container Instances
  • Experienced in using Jenkins for continuous integration
  • Skilled in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
  • Strong understanding of network principles and security
