Lead Business Analyst Description
We are seeking a talented Lead Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in offering top-tier analytical support for our financial services products.
The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in financial services and wealth management, coupled with a notable history in product management and business analysis.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the onsite proxy product owner to grasp the product vision and roadmap
- Outline the product capabilities along with its features and functions
- Create epics, stories, and success criteria
- Develop stories, debate business logic, and discuss expected business outcomes
- Handle product scope and arrange the prioritization of capabilities, epics, and stories
- Participate in sprint review demos and offer valuable feedback
- Track feedback to ensure its incorporation in the backlog and proper prioritization
- Aid in incident triaging
- Act as the main point of contact for any business-related inquiries or clarifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Background in financial services
- Expertise in product management
- Knowledge of Agile, Requirements Analysis, and Requirements and Change management
- Proficiency in Scrum methodologies
- Business acumen providing insights from both business and customer perspectives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
Nice to have
- Previous involvement in wealth management
- Familiarity with Jira, Mural, and Scaled Agile Framework
