Solution Architect (Front-End) Description
We are looking for a talented Technical Architect with a focus on Front-end development to join our engineering team and drive new features and initiatives in the Institutional (B2B) space. This role involves a blend of solution architecture and hands-on coding, offering a chance to directly impact and shape cutting-edge solutions. You will work closely with engineering leadership, reporting directly to the Engineering Director while collaborating with the Chief Architect.

Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with multiple technical platform stakeholders to understand the current ("AS-IS") solution (APIs, data formats, integrations, etc.)
- Provide both detailed low-level and high-level solution architectures based on business requirements
- Coordinate and seek approval for high-level solution architecture from client's teams
- Facilitate initial project setup and onboarding of development teams
- Participate in hands-on coding to support complex feature development, assist development teams, and perform feasibility analysis through proof of concept (PoC) development
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development/architecture roles
- Experience working as a Frontend Architect on web platforms (preferably SaaS) with rich, external user-facing front-end experiences
- Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and full-stack solution architecture design
- Periodic travel to the office in Madrid — once per quarter for approximately 1-2 weeks (remote work for the rest of the time)
- English at B2 level or higher (must be fluent to collaborate with customer teams)
Nice to have
- Former EdTech (e-Learning) experience (LMS and similar platforms)
- Java back-end experience (SpringBoot microservices, AWS)
