We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our ELITEA team.
Working with a small, dedicated squad, this role contributes to the development and implementation of GenAI tools to accelerate the software development life cycle (SDLC) in a dynamic retail/e-commerce environment. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing business analysis processes and frameworks through the innovative use of AI technology, interfacing with diverse stakeholders to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities
- Create and continually improve key requirements documentation, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop agents and prompts that enhance BA activities using GenAI tools such as Elitea (Alita)
- Define and advocate for best practices in leveraging GenAI tooling
- Conduct workshops to enhance BA team skills in utilizing new GenAI technologies
- Collaborate with an AI coach to regularly collect and report findings
- Perform continuous gap analysis and optimize the BA AI framework
- Provide support to software development and QA teams on BA AI-related matters
- Identify high-value BA SDLC processes that can benefit from AI-driven re-engineering or optimization
- Maintain effective communication with internal and client stakeholders about processes and outcomes
- Manage project data and utilize it to feed Alita
- Critically evaluate agents, provide feedback, and suggest best practices
- Align standards with the BA Chapter Manager
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis within SDLC environments
- Proficiency in crafting prompts and utilizing GenAI tools, specifically EPAM's Elita/Alita and DIAL
- In-depth knowledge of BA templates and process design
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting and collaborate effectively with teams
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to engage with management at all levels
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly structured and organized approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or merchandising
- Experience with organizational change management, including rollout strategies
- Expertise in establishing and enforcing BA processes within complex enterprises, managing multiple stakeholders, and harmonizing processes across teams
