Business Analyst (Supply Chain & Logistics) Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business counterparts, Local and Regional IT departments, and various software vendors to develop solutions that effectively address business needs within the Supply Chain & Logistics domain.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives focusing on Supply Chain & Logistics
- Create corresponding functional/technical requirement documents derived from business requirements
- Assist users in functional acceptance testing and support the release updates of new or existing applications for project implementation
- Participate in the design and execution of eCommerce and Digital Marketing implementation/configuration
- Coordinate internal business and technical teams for the finalization of requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert supporting and administrating within his/her functional areas during and post project implementation
- Provide functional/technical support to ensure system efficacy and efficiency
- Lead and organize training sessions for end users to assist change management in collaboration with the Regional IT department
- Manage documentation of BA artifacts and ensure proper information management throughout the business analysis process
- Plan and coordinate business analysis activities to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst or a similar role
- Expertise in planning and documenting business analysis activities
- Familiarity with business analysis information management
- Capability to create and manage detailed BA documentation
- Understanding of software implementation and system support within Supply Chain & Logistics
- English proficiency at B2 level, knowledge of Greek is required
