SAP Technical Support Description
We are hiring a SAP Technical Support, who will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design and customize SAP solutions, and provide ongoing support. This role requires strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules and the ability to work in a remote, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to gather business requirements
- Analyze and translate business requirements into SAP solution designs
- Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain modules based on client needs
- Develop project documentation, including user training and educational materials
- Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for SAP solutions
Requirements
- Solid understanding of business processes within the relevant domain
- Expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) or SCM modules
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international project team
- Proficiency in English (B2 level); Japanese language and cultural knowledge is a strong plus
