Engineering Manager Description
We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our teams and oversee the development and execution of high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in coding and cloud technology, combined with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and drive organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Participate in all design and architectural discussions, interacting with both the team and the customer
- Build high-level software architecture from a business targets perspective
- Guide and coach the team on engineering best practices, ensuring proper implementation
- Perform code reviews, estimations, capacity, and release planning
- Implement branching, merging strategies, build policies, and CI/CD automation
- Evaluate and propose tools/software for improving efficiency
- Address team member’s training needs and manage scope changes through a robust change control process
- Manage risks, conduct retrospective meetings, and implement improvements
- Maintain a timeline-bound project roadmap and manage the rollout and operational aspects of delivery
- Manage multiple cross-functional, hybrid/distributed teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
- Strong technical and analytical skills with proven hands-on experience in JAVA, .NET, SCALA, or PYTHON
- Proficiency in cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or AZURE
- Expertise in software architecture design, DevOps practices, and quality gates
- Background in managing large scale projects using Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Understanding of ISO project management and information security processes
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
Nice to have
- Experience in delivering enterprise level PDS projects
- Familiarity with automated testing strategies and tools
- Capability to drive strategic delivery decisions and support account growth strategies
- Competency in preparing engagement revenue and resource forecasts
- Qualifications in project and process management
