Senior ServiceNow Developer Description
For our Client, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to play the role of a stream lead in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. In this position, you will be instrumental in establishing ServiceNow functionalities from scratch, covering various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and more.
As a part of this role, you will lead the team and serve as the primary expert for the ServiceNow implementation project, enabling you to influence the entire process to align perfectly with the organization and its clients.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Implementation: Drive the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, covering various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and various integrations
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals involved in the ServiceNow project, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project delivery
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the key technical expert for ServiceNow, offering guidance and expertise on ServiceNow best practices, capabilities, and customization
- Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure the successful completion of the ServiceNow implementation project
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and technical requirements, ensuring the effective configuration and customization of ServiceNow to meet those requirements
- Configuration and Customization: Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and processes to align with project objectives and organizational needs
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Active Directory (AD)
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues, bugs, or inconsistencies in the ServiceNow implementation
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow configuration, customizations, and best practices for future reference
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users and team members to maximize the effective utilization of ServiceNow
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates, enhancements, and industry best practices, and implement improvements as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and successfully implementing ServiceNow solutions from scratch
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and best practices
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with IT service management processes
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Active Directory (AD)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- ServiceNow certification is a plus
