UX/UI Designer Description
We are seeking a Designer with responsibilities in usability testing, design workshops, customer journey mapping, and collaborative, agile processes to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct usability testing, journey mapping, and service design, leading design thinking workshops to guide the process
- Create and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UX/UI designs that align with technical requirements and project priorities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Business Analysts to clarify requirements, refine design solutions, and provide product insights
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, offering design clarifications and support to delivery teams
- Facilitate project handovers, support usability testing, and provide ongoing feedback in regular project meetings
Requirements
- Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on user-centered design methodologies
- Prior experience in usability testing, customer journey mapping, and service design
- Proficiency in conducting and analyzing usability testing sessions to improve design quality
- Experience leading design thinking workshops, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Experience working within agile teams and participating in agile ceremonies
- Ability to act as a design liaison, providing feedback and acting as a sounding board for design iterations
