Senior DevOps Engineer with Pulumi Description
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi/C# to join our dynamic team.
This role involves working closely with product teams, providing support and solutions to build and release products faster with a focus on cost-effective methods. The position demands a marriage of strong technical skills and forward-thinking to adapt as our products evolve from on-premise platforms to hosted/SaaS offerings utilizing Azure.

Responsibilities
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines tailored for product teams emphasizing high cadence and cost-efficiency
- Transition support as the product evolves from on-premise to hosted/SaaS offerings on Azure
- Collaborate with the team to establish infrastructure requirements
- Resolve infrastructure-related issues leveraging skills in Pulumi
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code with Pulumi
- Distribute knowledge across teams to foster a collaborative environment
- Develop and manage dashboards and monitors for better visibility and control
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar
- Proficiency in administering CI systems and crafting build configurations and pipelines using Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS), TeamCity, NuGet, MSBuild
- Competency in administering version control systems such as Git (Azure DevOps) or SVN
- Background in Microsoft .NET development environment and Visual Studio
- Strong skills in scripting with PowerShell
- Knowledge of cloud technologies including Azure in networking, storage, integration, compute, and analytics
- Understanding of Windows & Linux containers and orchestration platforms like Docker, Kubernetes
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high quality work
- Flexibility to learn quickly and innovate within the field
- Ability to solve complex problems with simple solutions
- Effective collaboration capabilities with teams
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
Nice to have
- Experience transitioning products to integrated SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and dashboard creation
