Chief Front-End Developer Description
We are looking for a talented Chief Front-End Developer to join the e-commerce team at one of America's largest grocery retailers.
The role suits someone who excels in dynamic environments and aspires to lead and influence front-end development practices.

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance front-end applications for self-service and administrative portals
- Design intuitive and adaptable user interfaces for substantial data tools and system components
- Optimize and advance Vue.js components and functionalities
- Uphold code quality by using linting tools and adhering to established best practices
- Integrate front-end and backend by collaborating closely with backend developers
- Engage in code reviews and provide insights in technical discussions
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
Requirements
- 7+ experience in Vue.js with TypeScript
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong comprehension of core JavaScript concepts
- Proficiency in handling SCSS, CSS, and Tailwind, including principles of responsive design
- Familiarity with Git for effective version control
- Understanding of Microfrontends, BFF, and GraphQL caching
- Comprehensive knowledge of microfrontend architecture and its underlying principles
- Qualifications in GraphQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Knowledge of Redis for caching and session storage
- Experience handling Vuex for state management
- Competency in front-end authentication mechanisms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (git, artifacts, pipeline, etc.)
Nice to have
- Proficiency in vue-property-decorators and vuex-module-decorators
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Working knowledge of SQL or extensive data technologies
