Senior Tester for Digital Customer Touchpoints Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tester for Digital Customer Touchpoints to join our team.

This role involves executing the testing lifecycle on our digital platforms and associated touchpoints, ensuring new features are accurately tested and prepared for UAT, and facilitating communication for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive testing across various digital platforms and customer touchpoints
  • Design and prepare detailed test scenarios for newly implemented features
  • Identify, document, and communicate issues affecting system performance or user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective issue resolution
  • Ensure the system's readiness for UAT by implementing necessary processes and standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation on test results, feedback, and corrective actions taken
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing insights into potential enhancements
  • Oversee and guide junior testers in test preparation and execution
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital testing and ecommerce platforms

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a testing role for digital platforms
  • Background in digital and ecommerce capabilities
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Cloud
  • Familiarity with Atlasian tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
