We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong Product Owner and Technical Writing experience to join our team.
This role will serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on product vision and execution while also being responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation.

Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders and teams to understand, define, and document business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements
- Act as the Product Owner during Agile Scrum activities and ensure that the product backlog is groomed and prioritized
- Conduct product gap analysis and work closely with teams to improve and optimize product offerings
- Define the scope of the projects and make data-driven decisions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including product manuals, user guides, FAQs, design specifications, and system manuals
- Facilitate communication between the business and technical teams to ensure decisions and progress are communicated effectively
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the product aligns with the defined requirements
- Working in ITSM and a managed services environment is a plus
Requirements
- 7 – 10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Technical Writer
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and data analysis tools
- Proficient with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and easy-to-understand documentation for a variety of audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of programming languages, APIs, and software development is a plus
