Responsibilities
- Oversee numerous technical programs and projects concurrently to guarantee timely completion and outstanding performance
- Develop thorough project plans that include scope, timeline, resources, risks, and benchmarks
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other departments to specify project necessities and outcomes
- Address project challenges, solve issues, and steer projects toward successful completion
- Update key stakeholders, including senior management, on the status, progress, and obstacles of projects
- Promote team collaboration and cultivate a culture of openness and responsibility
- Initiate improvements in project management practices and methodologies
- Ensure project objectives are in line with business aims and strategic priorities
- Supervise project budgets, monitor costs, and promote optimal resource allocation
- Offer technical direction and support to project teams to navigate complex issues and make strategic choices
- Encourage cooperation across teams for unified project execution and knowledge exchange
- Oversee vendor partnerships to match project goals and schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related disciplines
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Program Manager or comparable role within a technology-centric environment
- Background in software development, systems engineering, or similar technical areas
- Showcase of strong project management skills with a record of successfully managing intricate projects
- Proficiency in using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management tools and approaches
- Stalwart leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Capability to address problems analytically and engage in critical thinking
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, SDLC, and DevOps is advantageous
- Possession of PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Excellent command of the English language at a C1 level
