Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategic delivery plans for engineering projects
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Implement and optimize agile methodologies and engineering practices
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams
  • Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Provide career development and succession planning
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage personnel issues
  • Establish best practices and technical standards
  • Promote adoption of cutting-edge technologies and design patterns
  • Advance engineering capabilities through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering and business goals
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Represent the company in industry events and client meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • 2+ years of experience in Engineering Management with a focus on cloud-native development and Python technologies
  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
  • Deep knowledge of Python development and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced project management skills and proficiency in agile methodologies
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience in managing senior-level client relationships and influencing stakeholders
  • Capability to drive innovative solutions and implement effective strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
