Senior .NET Engineer Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Engineer to join a newly formed product-oriented development team (POD).
You will collaborate with a client-side team consisting of a Product Owner, Technical Lead, and an existing development group (4 developers and 2 QA engineers). This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable and maintainable features using .NET Core, C#, Vue.js (or ReactJS), MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and MongoDB. You will also ensure optimal application performance in an AWS environment. This position requires strong expertise in full-stack development, a passion for crafting reliable solutions, and the ability to excel in a collaborative Agile setting.

Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and Vue.js or ReactJS
- Analyze and extend existing applications to support multi-tenant configurations
- Refactor and optimize codebases to meet scalability and performance goals
- Improve data modeling and reduce database query complexity to enhance application efficiency
- Ensure seamless integration and performance in the AWS environment using Kubernetes, ideally AWS EKS, and resolve any challenges that arise
- Implement robust logging and traceability systems using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Apply microservices architecture principles and leverage AI technologies for code refactoring when applicable
- Ensure high security and compliance standards during the multi-tenant enablement process
- Collaborate closely with client-side teams to align on objectives and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience with .NET and .NET Core development
- Advanced proficiency in ASP.NET Core development
- Strong expertise in Vue.js or ReactJS, including experience with component-based architecture, state management, and asynchronous programming
- In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and query writing
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes, with a preference for AWS EKS
- Experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Fargate, and SQS
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web services, and data modeling principles
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git
- Expertise in implementing logging, observability, and traceability within .NET applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Practical experience transitioning applications from single-tenant to multi-tenant architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools
- Understanding of security best practices in web development
- Experience optimizing and tuning performance in .NET applications
- Previous experience working as part of client-side teams
- Exposure to product ecosystems involving multiple technologies and diverse tech stacks
- Background in Python development
