Junior C++ Developer Remote

Responsibilities

• Contribution to Smart TV software, apps, OS, and platform development
• Deployment of UI framework for Smart TV apps
• Collaborative development and maintenance of Smart TV software and related applications
• Creation and refinement of software using C++ programming
• Conducting testing and debugging of software applications
• Enforcement of software development best practices and coding standards
• Timely delivery of software development projects

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of C++ programming and development experience
• Proficiency in C++ programming, with a grasp of C++ 17
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems
• Experience in GUI programming, and exposure to game development or web interface development
• Preference for familiarity with Boost libraries
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Adept team player with the capacity for collaborative work across functions
• Proficient verbal and written English skills at an Upper-Intermediate level

Nice to have

• Experience in Python, JavaScript, and markup languages (HTML, XML)
• Familiarity with C programming
