Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who has a strong understanding of media process implementation using essential Salesforce technologies and knowledge in the media industry.
The preferred candidate will also grasp the fundamentals of customer-centric solutions. In this role as a Salesforce Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include facilitating discovery from a business analysis angle, refining requirements, and drafting stories.

Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold a prioritized backlog of EPICs in line with the long-term objectives of the business
- Work with key stakeholders to ascertain, record, and define major features as EPICs
- Continuously revise and refine the backlog based on evolving business demands or input
- Analyze to recognize different user personas engaging with the platform
- Connect persona-specific requirements to platform features and design
- Conduct workshops to verify and refine persona definitions and alignments
- Establish and describe Business Process Architectures with enterprise architects and development teams
- Record and convey how business processes are configured to boost efficiency
- Offer consultative advice in BP architecture configurations
- Segment EPICs into manageable user stories for development execution
- Establish explicit and quantifiable acceptance criteria for each user story
- Lead agile ceremonies, concentrating on enhancing user stories based on input and project progression
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Skill in preparing requirements and user stories
- Competent presentation skills
- Certification in Salesforce Administration
- Comprehension of media processes
- Advanced proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
